Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.

Transit Time:
Once processed, shipping generally takes 4–7 business days for delivery to UK addresses.

Total Delivery Time:
Please allow a total of 5–9 business days from the time your order is placed to receive your purchase.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 11:00 PM GMT will be processed and shipped out the next working day.

Please note that all orders come with a tracking number to keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@corvellalondon.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Once we receive your request, we'll review it and send you:

  • A return address
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, the original amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you asap. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it, but you can follow our return process to return any unwanted items.
